One of the reasons I started THRIVE was because I kept hearing things like: "They don't care about me at work, why should I care about them." "I can't wait to retire." "It's just a job." or "I live for the weekend."
The people who said these things were making a good wage and had good benefits; but something was missing. Something needed to change.
For the past 30+ years, I have worked in various capacities that support and develop the people in organizations. I believe that the team members own their workplace culture, and they should be given accountability for developing and maintaining that culture. I knew that I wanted to work together with those team members to align their culture with the critical components that inspire and motivate them.
